Discussion
was opened on the draft letter previously sent by email to all Trustees.
Changes suggested by some of the Trustees were reviewed and discussed.
The
Board made several additional changes to the wording of the letter,
then a roll call vote was taken to affirm agreement on the final version.
All present voted in favor. A copy of the final version is attached
hereto.
Ms.
Eighmey noted HB1906 had not yet been assigned to a Senate Committee,
so the letter would be sent to Governor Holden, Representative Tim
Green (sponsor of the bill), and Senator Peter Kinder, President Pro
Tem of the Senate.
The conference
call was then adjourned.
If
such action is approved a majority vote of a quorum of the Board,
the Board of Trustees of the Petroleum Storage Tank Insurance Fund
may go into closed session at this meeting to discuss legal, confidential
or privileged matters pursuant to Section 610.021, RSMo.
