RECORD OF VOTE BY ELECTRONIC MEANS
July 29, 2016

Public notice was posted at 9:30 a.m. on July 27, 2016, that the Trustees were planning to conduct an email vote on a recommendation to approve their FY17 budget.

A recommendation was sent from the Executive Director to all Trustees via email on July 28, 2016. The email invited any Trustee who objected to voting via email to so indicate.

Trustees were asked to respond via email to the PSTIF’s central email account atpstif@sprintmail.com no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, July 29. Printed copies of the email responses are on file at the PSTIF office.

Trustees Who Abstained:

On a vote of 9-0, with Trustee Kolb abstaining, the Trustees approved the Fund’s FY17 budget.
